ChangeCatalyst.org springs out of a belief that anything is possible. It's an exciting new social enterprise, founded by Malcolm Duncan, previously the leader of Faithworks, to support positive change in local communities and wider society.

What do we do?

We offer consultancy, resources, training and support to people and organisations who want to make a positive difference wherever they are and whatever they do. We will offer support to those in the commercial sector, the statutory sector and the third party sector so that positive change can become increasingly experienced as a reality in local communities.

ChangeCatalyst.org is founded on the premise that anything is possible and that positive change can happen when we have the determination and the commitment to step out and make a difference. It believes that the most valuable resource in a community, charity or company is its people.
